About Bracken View Cottage
A self-catering cottage in Croyde North Devon
The self-catering cottage is located at Bracken View, a family home in the heart of the country with 10 acers of private land to explore, including two small woods, fields and a stream. This picturesque cottage sleeps up to 5 and is ideal for a family all year round. A superb cottage full of character and charm with all the comforts of home.
Lounge:
A cosy lounge with TV and video/DVD player plus a flame effect electric fire in case of a chilly evening. Children's DVDs, colouring books and family board games are also provided in the lounge for guest use.
Dining Room:
The large dining room has a family table and chairs with two winged arm chairs by the large tradional inglenook fireplace. Enjoy a break in the Spring, Autumn or Winter with a lovely fire to warm. A coal fired central heating and hot water system.
Kitchen & Utility Room:
To the left of the inglenook fireplace is the kitchen small but well equipped with an electric cooker and micro wave. To the right of the fireplace gives access to the back door and a small utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedrooms:
Going up stairs from the landing leads to a double bedded room and a large second bedroom with three full size single beds.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a standard bath, hand basin and toilet.

Bracken View cottage is dedicated to looking after the environment. We feel that it is important to protect North Devon's unique and diverse landscape. Therefore, we have many measures in place to help protect so that you and visitors alike can appreciate the beautiful countryside for years to come.
Welcome basket:
Every guest will recieve a welcome basket . After your journey you’ll most likely fancy a hot drink and a biscuit. Or if you’re a late arrival some toast to nibble on.
